City of Dreams

Located on a parcel of land 30 miles eastward down the coast from Tripoli, the City of Dreams Development is a city planning concept currently under consideration by the Libyan government and private investing entities. The entire city is a phased construction establishing a central business district, medical university and teaching hospital, an agricultural university, athletic stadium and surrounding sports medicine complex, retail, and residential areas, fully supported by community facilities and connected to the capital city by a high-speed railway system.
