Ministry of Justice As the first prize winner of a national competition, the Ministry of Justice was constructed in 1972 as one part of the Government Center of Iraq. The Ministry consists of Ministry offices, offices of Justice and Investigation, Courts Headquarters, and offices of the Legislature. The balance of justice was the concept behind the symmetry and axiality of the design. The major open entrance gathers the five office floors into one volume, as a connective space in which to welcome people. The double volume floor at the top houses the minister and legislature offices. |
