The inspiration for Concept 1 comes from buildings in Yemen, especially the indigenous high rise structures found in that region of the world. Similarly, the facade palette of the building exhibit a range of earthly colors found in the Arabian desert, which are then juxtaposed with vivid colors that accentuate the beauty of modern design and expression.

The massing of the building surrounds an open, naturally lit courtyard in the center of the building. The entire structure is roofed by shading canopies.
